1、Independent execution of drilling, milling and sand washing process flow: built-in standardized drilling, milling and sand washing process library, automatically dispatch equipment action according to downhole milling process, complete string alignment, feed start and stop, limit protection and other operations, without continuous manual intervention.

2、Precise draw-work control and hook weight safety protection: monitor draw-work position, speed and hook weight parameters in real time, and realize weight overrun identification and speed adaptive adjustment based on process threshold. It can automatically reduce the speed or stop the machine for the working conditions such as milling, drill jamming, sand washing and pressure holding, so as to ensure the smooth and controllable downhole operation.

3、Linkage control of pump truck equipment: it can work together with the pumping system of the pump truck, automatically complete the start and stop of the pump truck, gear switching and continuous adjustment of displacement according to the underground construction progress and weight status, realize the precise matching of mechanical feed and fluid sand washing parameters, and improve the cleanliness of sand washing and construction stability.
