Electric Control System of Grid Electric Energy Storage Workover Rig

The system integrates the functions of power management, motor drive, zero speed hovering, signal acquisition, logic control, safety protection and human-computer interaction. The system also features real-time acquisition of height, weight, pressure, temperature and other equipment operation parameters, with complete alarm and emergency stop protection logic. It can realize operation process status monitoring, historical data storage and fault record query.

Compared with the traditional diesel-driven workover equipment, the power grid scheme has lower energy consumption, lower operation noise, no diesel exhaust emissions, significantly reduced operation and maintenance costs, and stable and controllable power output. It can more reliably guarantee the stable, safe and efficient operation of workover operation, reduce energy consumption and improve the level of operation automation.The electronic control system has manual operation mode and intelligent operation mode. Under the intelligent operation mode, it can realize the unmanned operation of automatic lifting, lowering and hovering of the traveling block together with the visual recognition system. It is also equipped with intelligent process modules such as intelligent stuck freeing, swabbing, bottom detection, sand washing, plug drilling, casing milling, fishing, well completion string and tools, making full use of the advantages of electric control, automatically executing the operation process, and greatly improving the quality and efficiency of process construction.

1、 Automotive Grade driving device: The system uses Automotive Grade driving device to drive the main draw-work, hydraulic oil pump, air compressor and other power equipment, with high reliability, strong environmental adaptability and strong anti-interference ability.

2、High-performance main motor: The main draw-work adopts permanent magnet synchronous motor, which has higher efficiency; faster response and stronger overweight capacity than asynchronous motor used in similar equipment, and can effectively improve the operation performance of the equipment.
