Drilling and Workover Intelligent Control System

1、Coordinated dispatching of master control of the whole equipment: based on the core logic controller, the electric control system and various working condition sensors of the drilling rig/workover rig are connected, and the operating position, weight, hydraulic and electrical parameters of the equipment are collected in a unified way, so as to realize the coordinated and integrated dispatching operation of the whole equipment of the drilling rig/workover rig.

3、 Visual empowerment instead of manual observation: access the visual recognition system to obtain the position and status data of wellhead Coupling/Collars, elevators, tubing, male and female joints, slips, manipulators, hydraulic tongs, pipe laying machines and other targets in real time, replace manual wellhead visual judgment, reduce the exposure of high-risk positions, and improve the accuracy of working condition judgment and operation safety.
